My wife and I ordered Fish and Chips carry out and was very disappointed. The batter surrounding the fish was greasy and tasted old while the fish itself had NO FLAVOR. The fries were very bland and bore the flavor of used oil. We will not be eating fish from here again.

I usually love Culvers when we go, although not often but this experience was DISGUSTING. Both of my spicy chicken sandwiches were so badly burned and so were the buns. I couldn’t taste anything but the charred taste. Those sandwiches cost me $17, so yeah that’s gross and disappointing. I won’t be back!

I tried the fish sandwich for the first time ever, and the experience I just had was THE WORST!!!!!! I paid 30+ dollars for my son a burger and basically a fish stick sandwich 😒 this is beyond a ripoff and y’all should be ashamed serving someone this little amount of food for so much money!!! Ridiculous!!! Never again!!!! I see why fast food is dying👀👀

My husband and I decided to dine in and try their famous butter burger and new chicken sandwich combo. Our food was made to order and was brought out to us. It was so hot and delicious!! The customer service was top tier!! We were greeted as we walked in and as we left. The dining area was very clean. We will definitely be coming back!! Great experience all around!!
